What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do a complimentary inspection to determine whats the best course of action to get rid of their pest, termite or rodent problems. Then we provide a quote and if hire we can start asap.

Make sure that you are dealing with someone that cares not only about your home but also about his/hers business.
Lots of companies only send you salesmen or techinicians.
