What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial service and or inspection we walk the entire home both inside and out along with the customer to address any issues that should be handled before services such as sealing holes, cracks, etc... We also believe its important to get know the customer so that the servicemen will gain a relationship with the customer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our staff members is required by the state of florida to take CEU's on an annual basis, so we are forever learning the practices and management of pest management services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
