What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

There is always a first meeting with the clients to converse about preferences, aesthetical goals, budget, and project requirements. As a result of this first meeting, a price estimate is provided to the client, and once both sides get into an agreement, all the technical information is generated. 

Since the product is an imported, made-to-measurement product, the step forward is to meet with the contractor-client-designer on-site and explain the project with its particularities while gathering all the onsite information regarding the last-minute changes. At this point, we are ready to place the order, and a first 65% deposit is due.

Depending on the product, it may take three to four months to get the merchandise. During this time, we follow up on the evolution of the project, working hand to hand with the client and builder to have the site ready for the arrival of the product.

Upon the arrival of the merchandise, another 25% is due, and at this time, we start coordinating the delivery and installation is coordinated. The ETA is coordinated with the client-contractor to avoid it sitting in a warehouse. Communication is key. 

Once the installation is finished and the last 10% paid, there is no other step than enjoying the outstanding result of having in-home such elegant items.
