We discuss on phone a potential customer's project and concerns.
Visit the home/jobsite and measure and write down details of the job .
Put together a quote for the homeowner with details discussed and our processes to accomplish job.
Set a scheduled start date to do the job.

A longtime member of Painting and Decorating Contractors of America(www.pdca.org) and adhere to their ethics as a contractor.
Numerous training, seminars, certifications held in painting field over past 17 yrs.
On-going personal training and research in new technology and equipment to better serve the public.

Our pricing is based on material costs, estimated labor w/overhead to insure the job is completed and to my high standards for our customers.
How did you get started in this business?
At a very young age I started in the auto body & painting business and decided I would get into the house painting business back in 1984. I have lived locally here in West Pasco for over 33 yrs. and raised my family here.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All different people from different walks of life. All really great people.
I try to come up with a solution to their coatings issues that is cost-effective and solves their problems.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Due diligence in hiring the right person/company. Check their credentials, reviews and references. Insure they have proper licenses and insurance coverage that is upto date and in effect.
Look at jobs/homes they have done. And their commitment to their trade by being an active member in their trade association
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Am I hiring the right person for the job?
Will the contractor start and stay with job daily until completed?
Will his employees b considerate and caring with my property?
Will the contractor be around after the job is completed?
