What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please let me know more about your project and I would be able to getyou numbers pretty quick. I can give you a close estimate on the first meeting. I can also take your budjet and give you the most out of it. My bids are free so you should take advantage of my 30 yrs. experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 yrs experience myself combined 50 years experience between two guys. I have been a Journeyman Carpenter since 1981. My business partner is relevent to all new products and is bidding a 850 home building project as we speak.

Material make rates vary. Typically 90 per sq. ft. builds a nice home pretty well furnished.
