We offer personalized service in Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeling(and related services)and daily communication, which in our industry is not common. There is a nominal charge of $150 for the first consoltation, which is fully deductible from the project if we work for you. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We invite the new customer to visit our "virtual showroom" at https://www.houzz.com/pro/hennie-schoeman/schoeman-construction where they can view 1,300 plus pictures of our work. If the $150 fee is acceptable, we will set up an appointment for the first consultation. Usually we will submit a detailed estimate within one week of the appointment by email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry since 1970 in South Africa. Moved to Tampa in 1994 and later my son, Abel, got his general contractors licence for the state of Florida, which he currently holds.
