What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we contact the customer and introduce ourselves and our compnay. We then go through a list of detailed questions such as:
-When is your move date?
-How many bedrooms are you moving?
-Is it an apartment, condo, home, storage unit, etc.?
-What floor are you on? Stairs or elevator?
-If you live in a building, do we need to provide a COI?
-Can the truck pull up to the front door? And at delivery can the truck pull up tp the door?
-Do you want a FREE on-site estimate?
-Do you want an hourly or binding rate?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owener has been in the moving industry since he was 15 years old. He started as a helper, then a driver then a on-site estimator then a sales rep then a sales manager then a vice president of a nation wide moving company. He has knowledge in every area of the moving industry.
