What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client calls our office with a service request our office staff will set up an appointment with the client, normally with a 2 to 3 hour window for one of your well trained technician to arrive. The office staff will keep the client informed of the technicians ETA and send the technicians back ground information with photo. When the technician is in route the office will again inform the client.
Once there the techntechnician will examine your issue and provide professional advise on any available options. Once the technician presents these options the home owner can chose the level of service desired and have the repair done right away. a
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified be many manufacturers. We have training twice a week and constantly have manufacturers conduct factory train for our front line technicians.
How did you get started in this business?
I am a 2nd generation plumber with over 40 years experience, 30 of those years right here at Chucks Plumbing. I am a State of Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor (CFC043049). We are a family business with a 3rd generation plumber in house with 10 years experience. We plan to be here for another 30 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with home owners, landlords and business owners. We often solving problems other companies cannot solve.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to hire only licensed contractors and ask for proof of General Liability ins.
