What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to the customer, find out what the problem is and where. Inspect to see how bad. quote price. Take care of problem. Give customer recomendations that will help them in the future. Check back in 2 weeks and do a follow up to see how treatment is progressing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pest control technology from Purdue unniversity and on going monthly training for all employees.

I teach my customers and my employees on a daily basis and I am still learning also.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, most people are very nice to work with.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are licensed, what type of experience do they have, how long have they been doing this work and are they a member of an association that backs them. Also are they insured and bonded.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are they seeing, where, how long. What should they do to prepare for a treatment, what is cost, do you need to see my home first to identify that i have the pest i called about, when can you come and how much and what about your guarentee?
