When I see potential in something I image what it could be in my head and make a blue print of whats to come. My workers get involed with the physical labor part of the job and together we create the finsished product! Our reward in the end is the smiling faces in beautiful paces!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we recieve a new request for service:
Project manager will contact the client to assess the details of the service request and to get a clear understanding of exactly what our clients want achieved. Following this, an estimate will be completed and sent to client for approval.
Once approved, a technician will be assigned to the job who will communicate directly with client for the dates and times of service. Also the materials for the job will be dicussed at this point, then technician should know wether they are on sight or need to be purchased.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife and I have owned 3 businesses in our lifetime starting at age 22. They were very successful and every employee was qualified and properly trained for the assignment put before them.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
With Handy Brandy's Handyman services, we do have a method for pricing services. However, not every job is the same. So I wouldnt categorize our pricing system as being "standard". We do have an average hourly labor fee of $25/hr, as long as the job requested meets the requirements. Also depends on if the materials are on site and if the details of the job are given before hand corrrectly.
How did you get started in this business?
We kinda fell into this category due to a small family business we put together years ago with who is now our top CFO. He is an experienced homebuilder/demolition/roofing contractor, who was doing at first "side jobs". The word of mouth spread and soon he was overloaded with service requests and needed oraganization and additional workers to get the jobs done in a timely manner. This in turn started the idea of the Handyman service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked hand in hand with all types of clients from simple projects ranging from replacing a screen door to painting a house then to bigger things as to building a deck or patio on a house.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When chosing a handyman, the first bit of advice we could give you is look at past experience with other clients, reviews and the quality of their jobs. Also the way the business is ranked on a five star scale to the total amount of experience they have. Then of coarse the pricing. Compare prices for your own benefit to make sure you are getting more bang for your buck!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have the job you want pictured in your mind. Then know the specific details of what you desire in the finished product. Any other questions should naturally flow once these things are in place. We refer to this as "Attention to Detail".
