What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got certified in 1988 for residential Cooling and heating systems .
In 1996, certified for commercial systems up to 20 tons .
2007 got certified to handle the new refrigerant systems R410.

In 1987, I decided to set my career on something that can make a difference in people's lives after helped them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I recommend to prepare questions about your A/C concerns , and to listen to the response of the A/C representative to see if it makes sense, and to always get a second and third opinion.
