Everybody that has a tub or sink. This includes many large hotels, apartment blocks, boats, trailers and Mr/Mrs Homeowner.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
DO NOT use paint. It wasn't intended as a surface for tubs and sinks. It will peel up. Over 50% of what we do is remove paint from tubs and apply our porcelain that becomes the new base surface with nothing to peel up.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We fix dings, chips, holes, rust so don't feel these prevent you from having the tub or sink refinished.
