Moving from Florida to Portland with a 6-month-old sounded impossible, but Bronze Star Moving and Storage made it easy. The crew was so respectful of nap times and worked quietly when the baby was sleeping. They packed up our entire apartment in one day, labeling every box clearly. During the drive west, the dispatcher checked in daily. When they arrived, they set up the nursery first so wed have a safe place for the baby. They even helped unpack the kitchen essentials. Ive moved 5 times in my life. This was by far the best experience.

Hired Bronze Star Moving and Storage for a big family move, and they were fantastic. The movers were patient with my kids running around and took extra care with sentimental items (like my grandmother’s china). They worked long hours to finish in one day and even helped arrange furniture in the new house. Truly a caring, professional team worth every cent!

I am so glad I found Bronze Star Moving and Storage. Thomas came out to my house and gave me my estimate. I felt very comfortable with him from the start. He was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. While not the lowest estimate, they were one of the lower ones.

I booked them for my move and for things out of my control I was forced to delay last minute. They were completely understanding and were happy to reschedule me for another day. When moving day finally arrived 5 men showed up (on time) and loaded up the contents of my house in 3 1/2 hours, drove to my new home and unpacked the entire truck in 2 hours. Impressive to say the least.

The men did an incredible job for a very reasonable price and I couldnt have been more pleased. Chloe and his crew were top notch. Highly recommend. My father who made the move with us used a different company and lets just say he had a very different experience. He rued his decision admitting he chose poorly.

While moving is an extremely crazy thing to ever have to do, Bronze Star Moving and Storage did an exceptional job and I was very happy with their service. Do yourself a favor and check out this company. Oh, one last thing; they charge you from the time they arrive at your origin and end when they leave the destination. They do not charge you from when they leave their yard to when they return like most companies. This makes a difference to the bottom line.

They treat your belongings as if it was their own by the way they handle things. They were very good with communication throughout the entire move.
