What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We (I) come with a well-stocked service vehicle. If I have an idea of their request, I make sure I have equipment and choice material to do the job. I don't like to waste time. If I must run for materials, the customer suffers, we don't want that. When we book them, it is understood what our fees are and when we arrive, we want to get to work immediately. Time is money. Then again, we won't rush, we also believe Quality over Quantity!
