What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can give a customer a quote right over the phone just by asking a few questions about their property and issues. It usually takes about 10 minutes and we can usually treat within 24-48 business hours if desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each technician has had a minimum of 40 hours of training and 2 hours of quarterly refresher training. They fall under the supervision of our Certified Operator, who is licensed in GHP and has worked in the industry for 5 years. Mosquito Joe Corporate has been operational since 2006. We attend yearly pest control conventions and workshops and also stay up to date on the latest research in mosquito control and prevention.
