What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a lead, we call the cusotmer to get information of their needs. Sometimes we can even diagnosis a problem over the phone. If you prefer contact via email, that can be done just as easily. We offer free estimates and can even come to your location for free if the door needs to be assesed in person. We can give an estimate over the phone and send a written estimate as well for new install or repair. The tech will then call to schedule an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bryan has owned and operated this business for 20 years. Our techs have been working in the garage door field for at least as long or even longer in some cases.

How did you get started in this business?
Bryan has always been interested in the needs for safety for families and businesses. Having a properly working garage door is a needed safety for families. Storm shutters are also a needed safety feature for a home in our area considering the hurricanes we endure. Businesses often need security gates and shutters to keep their business safe. When the opportunity came for him to open the garage door business, he went in full force. Knowing that what he was doing was protecting families and businesses.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers ranging from single family homes to large industrial businesses. We also work with realtors that manage rental properties, warranty companies and Facilities Management companies.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Recently we received a call from an elderly couple in need of urgent service. It was late in the evening, and their garge door was open and they could not close it. We were able to have a tech come to their home that evening and secure the door. The next day the tech returned and repaired the door. The couple was so appreciative of our help. It is a good feeling to know we can help others when they are in need.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Before hiring a pro, make sure they are licensed and insured. That is utmost important.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Before contacting a garage door pro, check your garage door opener remotes batteries, make sure the safety eyes are aligned and not being blocked. Many issues can be resolved by replacing batteries or unblocking the safety eyes. If the problem still exists, listen and observe your door, that way when you speak with us, you can answer any questions we may have for you.
