What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A new customer is quoted online or over the phone, and service can be started as soon as that very same day. Every customer is treated like family, as you are not just a customer when you sign up with us, you are part of the Adam’s Family!  

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are state-certified as well as all of our technicians are licensed & insured. The entire company is Quality Pro Certified, as well as Sentricon Certified for Termite Prevention.  Educational and technical training throughout the year with the company

How did you get started in this business?

We know how difficult it can be to deal with pest infestations.  We created Adam's Pest Control to help provide a safe and reliable pest control service that is run by specialists from Southeast Florida.  We launched in 1990, fast forward to today and we have over 100 years of experience between our technicians!  We pride ourselves in our technicians' training and certifications.  Our technicians are the best in the business!  All our technicians follow the FPMA's Code of Ethics to help ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible service!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We provide service to residential homes, commercial properties and health care facilities.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

The best advice we would give to a customer looking for service in the area is to make sure the company is Quality Pro certified which is designation given by the National Pest Management Association. Only 3% of all pest control companies nationwide have this certification and we are proud to be part of that percentage.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

1. How soon do I need service? 2. Will someone be home? 3. Do we have the budget for this? 4. Do I want a 1X Service or Ongoing service? 5. What exactly is the main issue at hand?
