We set up bedtime for a free estimate at the customer's convenience we go out to customers home look at what it is they need done give them an estimate reach back out to him in a few days to see if they made a decision let him know about Oliver specials show them pictures of Prior work I try to stay in close communication with our customers and do everything in our power to make them happy
