Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by a formal introduction and letting the customers tell us what they need and what their visions are for their home. We then proceed to go over some ideas and products that would help make this possible. After that we will start the measuring and estimating process and discussing budgets, time frames and costs for their specific project. If they are happy with our quote then we will sign the estimate and schedule the job for a date that is convient for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years in the industry starting off working for a company and learning the trades and then progressing into running my own company for a little over 9 years now.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each project is unique with specific requests. We love to hear the goals of our customers before setting a price.
How did you get started in this business?
My family was involved with construction and i fell in love with helping people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential and commerical both with apartment buildings, retail stores, new homes, remodels, hotels, all the way down to repairing a stain in the carpet.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always do your research on the pro you are hiring, and even if they may have some bad reviews in the past, understand that not every client can be pleased. Look at their work, understand their company , make a sound decision based off of that.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about the long term, these types of decisions with new roofs or new flooring will alter your home for the better or worse. Each client needs to research their project as well and make sure that they are well informed in what is being done in their home.
