What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact them to schedule an appointment to assess repairs needed in order to provide estimate. Estimate provided within 24-48 hrs. Once estimate is approved by client, we call to schedule to have repairs completed as soon as we can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business over 3 years and have worked with property management companies servicing over 700 homes within the Orlando / Kissimmee / Sanford areas.

How did you get started in this business?
Personal interest and passion for the home repair business. Once the right opportunity was presented, we believed in ourselves, and now have been successfully serving the Central Florida area.

We have worked with home owners (both locally and outside of state) and property management companies.

We have remodeled a few homes in which our clients have been very happy with and are very proud of the final product.

Discuss as much detail in regards to the repairs required so that we can provide an appropriate estimate and provide the level of service expected.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is causing the repair needed, approximate amount and size of repairs, is repair urgent causing possible further damage to the home like water leaks or safety hazard.
