How did you get started in this business?
My brother and partner Steve decided that we felt a/c was a must need business in Florida and because we both have seen such poor customer service in this business we decided we wanted to start our own business and have the rewarding experience of taking care of other people the way we belive everyone should be treated.

We have worked with all types of people and walks of life.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We recently repaired a system that previous companies were unsuccessful in resolving and we discounted the cost to the customer because she had spent a significant amount on the previous contractors. The fact that we were able to resolve the issue and the customer's genuine gratitude was a most recent fond memory for us.

Make sure the prospective company is licensed and insured, check with the Better Business Burea for the companie's revies and rating, be sure the company is registered and recognized with the State of Florida to legally operate and that they provide workers compensation coverage for their employees.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
This would depend on the persons needs, i.e. if this is for an new system replacement, what is the labor warranty for the contractor's services and what is the warranty for the equipment being installed. If I have a problem, who would be the person to contact to resolve any isssues and concerns I have moving forward.
