Keller Construction Services, LLC
About
We are a Design Build Company providing plan, engineering, and construction with high ethics and quality standards. Our design and construction knowledge gives a buyer the best of both worlds with the ability to combine style and budget.
With 30 years under my belt, there is not a lot we can't handle. From a Castle to Contemporary, Bungalow to Beachfront... we have done it.
What do I enjoy about work? Seeing our homes being used and enjoyed for years... Most of all, a customer who truly appreciates the extra work and quality put into their home.
Creating and finding design solutions that are functional and aesthetically pleasley is fantastic. A good solution to a seemingly impossible situation is rewarding... For example, called by another builder to assist with a truss issue that became apparent as the home neared completion... There was a column required where the builder nor his customer expected ruining spatial flow and appearance. The truss company explained there was no way to correct at this point without removing the shingled roof, parts of the ceiling, and dropping in a gridder at great cost and delay. Only a day later, I provided the solution that allowed column to be removed and while maintaining needed needed support in a heavy load situation surprising code requirements. The correction was made with no damage to the ceiling or roof removal and was completed by day two.
The team... A home is put together by a team of craftsman. The team took years to put together. A group that cares about work and our customers. Education spans from high school to Masters degrees, but all two more important qualities in common; Experience and Character. Team members have high expectations for themselves and those around them.
