Michael quickly responded and came the next day to measure my attic for a new ladder and helped me choose one. He put his man Jared on the case the next day and completed the job of removing the old wooden ladder and replacing it with a new aluminum one. Jared also went the extra mile and picked it up from Home Depot for me. I recommend Perfection in Paint for large handyman jobs. This was not something I’d attempt to do myself. It is now sturdy and easier to climb and I can use my attic now! I was too afraid to climb the old ladder. Very rickety since we have a very steep attic opening. Jared did a thorough job of painting the new attic door and the ceiling around it that was now visible and replacing molding. I love attention to detail and he took the time to do it right. Thanks for your help!
