To help us be efficient with the clients time and ours, we charge 1/2 and full day rates, not hourly or estimates. Typical projects we can do are drywall repair/replace, flooring repair, interior door repair and replace, wood rot repair/replace (WDO), toilet repair/replace, touch up painting, texture matching, Removal, Assembly and Cleanout.
