What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would visit the client to discuss the project, what what can be done, and what possibilities exist. Then I would send an estimate and communicate the costs. The next step is to set a start time and end time for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience working in multiple environments and scenarios and a Contractor Liscense that I studied for and obtained.

Every project gets priced differently according to key details and specific requests. Then we can price the job effectively and accurately.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always been interested in construction. When I moved to Italy in 1990, I began doing bathroom remodeling at nineteen years old as the construction business was booming there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of customers but specialize in doing high end jobs because of my experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise customers to hire someone that they can communicate with, someone that can make your dreams a reality, not just an idea.

How much am I willing to spend?
How much time will the job take?
Do I have space to store construction materials?
Do I actually know what I want to be done?
