We want your business and will work hard to get it.
We love knowing we helped someone out and didn't get rich doing it. We like to keep it personal with customers and answer questions or even solve problems over the phone to help out. At the end of the day, If the customer is satisfied then we did our jobs.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls and tells us the issue and if we can fix it over the phone or text we will. If not we will schedule a time to come out and diagnose system and associated items and let customer know the price before work is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are journeyman level.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have flat rate pricing but negotiate with customers as well
How did you get started in this business?
Worked in the field under other contractors and decided I wanted to start a business of my own. I applied to take state exam and passed the first time in 2007. Been running strong since
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with any kind of customers. From residential to industrial and commercial.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We love when we can come in and find problems other companies can't solve. We enjoy beating the big box companies everyday on repairs and installations.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they're licensed and not doing it on the side. Hiring an unlicensed contractor in Florida is a felony, and if they get injured on your property the homeowners can be held liable. If they burn your house down as a result of work done your insurance company will not pay
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Voice all your concerns about your current AC system and what you want on the next system and how you'd like it to perform.
