I held off on writing this review to be sure my new AC was working perfectly and it has been flawless! Our old unit gave out on a Sunday night during a 100-degree heat wave. By Monday, a technician came to inspect it, and by Tuesday, we had a brand-new system installed. Since our previous AC was outdated and low quality, we decided to invest in a high-efficiency unit, and it’s been a fantastic decision.

I had an issue with my AC one evening and called the next morning. They were able to send someone out the same day to take a look. It turned out a vine was causing the problem. Honestly, my unit had never cooled the house properly since it was brand new, but that’s another story.
I decided to explore my options with a salesperson. Dan came out (I think the very next day, though I scheduled a couple of days later because I was busy). He thoroughly explained their product—made in the USA to their own specifications—with a strong warranty. He also broke down the pricing clearly and recommended a unit that wasn’t the most expensive, but the next cheapest one that would still do the job well.
The new unit was installed just two days later. The installers were efficient and respectful, completing their work without disrupting my day any more than necessary. From the first person who scheduled the initial appointment to the one who called afterward to ensure I was satisfied, everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly.
