What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is to greet the client kindly and then tell them the reason why I am there at their home. I talk to the customer about what they need and copy it all down. Then, I create a quote and send it to the customer. Once approved I schedule a date with the customer and start working as soon as possible. After the work is finished. I verify with the customer that everything asked for is well done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very professional in my work I am very perfectionist I have a lot of experience of years in this job I have 28 years of experience. I like to leave the work as good as possible and finish it on time.
