Our diagnostic fee is a flat rate of $65 and is waived when the client decides to do the repair with us, if any.

Appliance and electrical repairs need to be viewed by the professional before giving an accurate quote. Beware of a company who quotes you without sending a technician out to diagnose the issue. They will quote you one price but you may end up paying much more than you originally needed to.
