K was very professional throughout the entire process. I was blown away by the finish product on my kitchen remodel!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We contact the client to understand their requirements, next, we meet the client and visit the job site to follow our conversation.

Based on the first step we create a very detailed estimate showing each and all client's requirement items.

If the deal is closed we proceed to the permitting process and as soon as all permits are approved, we will start the work process until completion

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelor in Civil Engineering

Master in Structures

Master in Computer science

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Since every remodeling project is different, it is very hard to have a standard pricing for every item.

How did you get started in this business?

I have always worked in construction sice I graduated from Civil Engineering.  I have been involved in all types of construction ranging from remodeling, high rises, heavy construction (ports and bridges), environmental and underground construction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with commercial and residential customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Most important, make sure it is a certified general contractor with experience.  Do not use a handyman who has someone to sign permits for him
