I arrived at Miami International Airport 25 years ago from Venezuela. My belongings consisted of two suitcases, but I had in mind that one day I would help as many people in my path as possible. Over seventeen years ago, I founded Adjustment Specialists Inc. and my vision became a reality. I have helped over 3,500 insurance policyholders maximize their property claims. I have turned denied claims into paid ones, and I have reopened many claims with underpaid losses. My team and I work for you, and not for the Insurance Company.

I graduated from Miami-Dade Community College with a Bachelor in Supervision and Management. Also, I obtained a certification in proficiency by the University of Miami in Journalism. I have been certified in the insurance business as an Accredited Claims Adjuster, Appraiser and Umpire for insurance claims. Besides my accreditations, I try to give back to the community by engaging as member of the Davie-Cooper City Chamber of Commerce, the Kiwanis club of Hollywood and Davie, and as a treasurer of the St. Joseph Church in Davie.
