About
Plumbing companies run with a lot of overhead. Gas for large trucks, stored parts, royalties for the name, managers, heavy equiptment, just to name a few. We have none of this and reflect it to the low prices we offer you. It's my wife and I with a small customer base. Our family helping your family.
To quote the great Albert Einstein, "If I could do it all over, I would have been a plumber". The challenges are more than enough to satisfy even his brain and helping others is enough to satisfy any heart. I love to help people and thrive on challenges.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to inform the customer of all the potential issues that could arise over the next ten years. This uncludes the water quality and life expectancy of the current fixtures. We believe all houses are saving money if they have a whole house carbon filter and to prove it we will install and purchase it for only $250 for first time customers. This comes with a maintenance plan to change the filter when needed, usually every six months for only the cost of the filter(35$).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My brother owns a big name franchise plumbing company. He makes more money but we are way more happy then he and his wife. Go figure huh. One cant learn this in school, and I know because i went to all of them. I did however learn code for plumbing in three states and worked under a now retired plumber (and mentor) for almost a decade. I have worked for the three biggest plumbing companies in the U.S. and together my wife and I have over 18 yrs experience in the field. We also are certified in back flow prevention and confined space work hazard training. As a war veteran I learned to fix things from a core point of view, not just to buy new things and install them. My wife graduates this semester with a sustainability management degree and starts Harvard in the fall for her masters, and believe me, we recycle everything. We have started a refurbished fixture program for those peeps that need real discounts. Thanks Kristin my love. Great work.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Plumbers don't usually tell you a standard price because they like increase it with high pressure tactics while in your face. This is immoral and shameful, and why I started my own company. The big companies are scared of small guys like us because we openly display the cost of our typical work orders. Our web site has all of these and we encourage everyone to compare these prices to anyone they call for service, even if you choose to go with another plumber. Although things are subject to change upon inspection, this is extremely rare and the customer is usually aware of these situations before calling anyone anyway. Example: standard toilet install is 125 unless the house is cracked in half and the toilet is sitting at a 45 degree angle! Lol. Not 125 obviously. Or if your water heater needs permitting upgraded like pressure release tank, this is included. That price includes all code upgrades because they are expected in the estimate. If the water won't shut off because your main shut off is broken, then the estimate is the same but adding that valve is a 100 add on. Pics are a 1000 words, so if you want to know for sure about the price, I will talk you through what I need to know on the phone and give you an estimate guarantee.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions prior to someone coming to your house or business. A standard procedure for plumbing companies is to not answer pricing questions on the phone becuase they want to charge an estimate fee for coming out. This is becuase if you spend the average $75 for the estimate, they say they take it off the price of the job, when in actuality, the price they give has that already worked in to it. Don't fall vicitm to this standard practice. And remember...it is usually a technician that shows up from the big named companies and not a licensed plumber.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be honest with yourself. Have you had plumbers there before that have said you need to have your house repiped? Most plumbers can patch (the band aid approach) for a short period but it will not last so ask yourself...
1. What can I afford today, in a month, in 6 months - be honest and tell us that...we will work with you. We work for a living too.
2. Now is the time to tell us if you want something moved! Think about where you want your water heater moved to or if you want to make your vanity a double vanity. How about adding an outside spigot? We are your captive audience when at your house. Lay it all on us and watch the huge discounts you will get for making it a one trip home run!
