My name is Jim Ong. I started out back in 2003 as a real estate investor. I have done countless of flips and I owned and managed multiple properties for myself and for clients. I love fixing houses!!! I have a deep understanding of all things construction. I know jobs comes in many different sizes and levels of difficulty. Having said that, I only take small jobs that I can handle by myself. All of the work will be done by me or with me onsite. I do not sub it out. I do have helpers for heavy tasks. This is something I enjoy doing. I have other means of income. I am fair with pricing and always finish a job before I take on others.
