Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have two options to work together.
First, can work together after a formal plan has been design.
Or we can work together through preconstruction and design together. After an initial consultation, we will create a thorough list of project objectives, draw base plans, develop schematic design options, and review options with the you. The next step is to refine and revise. Once you selects a design direction, our designer partners will develop construction drawings for permitting and final material selections. Then, depending on your scope, we will go in for permit, and then finally start the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has been ongoing since I was a child, helping my parents remodel their rental apartments. From there I worked in various construction trades through high school and college.
