What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to let to the customer walk us around their property and show us what they are trying to accomplish with their future fence. Allowing them to out line where they want their fence to go and what this fence will help create for them. After that we will walk the property and get the details we need to prepare the quote. After that will be send the customer a quote with 48 hrs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working in the fencing and fabrication industry for over 20 years. We construct prefabricated fences and gates. We also custom build your designs in fence and gates. From Aluminum, PVC Vinyl, chain link and more.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many different types of customers From residential homes to tract housing all the way to large multifamily projects. Every customer is important to us big or small.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Availabilty, and a clear location of where you want your fence on the property. Are there any obstacles in the way of where you will want your fence to go. How high would you like your fence to be. What are you trying to accomplish with your new fence. Privacy, Security, Boundaries, Safety, or adding a new sense of style and value to your home.
