What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take our time to get all the details from the customer, as well as ensure that we measure, take pictures and write down any important information needed to ensure that our service is done right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured for any residential or commercial HVAC projects.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every service in each individual customers home vary, so unfortunelty no price is the same and no HVAC Service Call is the same.
How did you get started in this business?
We started in a small company that little by little grew as well as I beside it, after several years or hard work, training, and study I was able to get my contractors license. Thank God today we have our ouw small business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with Commercial Project Customers, Residential, Companies that have hired us to oversee their own projects. Big or small we attempt to reach everyone.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
At the beggining of 2021 work is slow due to the weather in South Florida, but we kept positive and met different customers, people and future partners. Being postive is a blessing hidden sometimes so very fond to have met everyone we have this year thus far.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to do your research, see how professional they are, and ensure that you are the boss. The customer has to be heard.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Location, Time and Pricing as well as knowing how many years in the business that company has been in and their knowledge.
