What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we like to get in contact with our customer and provide them with a free inspection to help identify the pest or lawn issue they are encountering. Once the source of the problem has been found, we are then able to give the customer an accurate quote and a realistic expectation of how we will be able to eliminate the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been providing pest control and lawn care services for over 25 years. We are licensed and insured, and have obtained all of the proper licensing/certifications required to legally operate in the pest control industry.
How did you get started in this business?
We got started in the business 25 years ago, when our owner Jim Noonan began his own business devoted to providing top-notch customer service and pest control to each of his customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both commercial and residential customers, providing lawn care services, pest control, and termite services to homes, apartments, condos, businesses, and all of the above!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to look around, and to do their due diligence to find a trustworthy company like Advantage that will stand behind their products and services.
