What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We identify the customer's needs and desires, and ensure that we are an appropriate match for the client. We discuss the basic process and try to identify where the client is within that process as well as their expectations. If both parties decide to move forward with the project we then begin at design and follow through to completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
