Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our customers first and discuss their concerns and answer any questions they have. Then we do a very complete check up on the ac system and advise them of our findings. We offer them options as to if they should repair or replace or leave alone. We always give them the option so that they do not feel pressured into making a big decision without knowing the reason for the cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my technicians are EPA certified. We send our technicians to monthly training and keep them abreast of all new technology and products that come about in our industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer maintenance contracts for our customers that give them discounts on parts, priority service and 2 cleanings a year.
How did you get started in this business?
My son and I both have worked in the ac business for the past 10 years and wanted to bring honesty, reliabilty and ethics back to this industry. We are not a sales company we are service based and realize that when our customers are ready to replace they will use us because we are there for them when there system is working not only when it's not.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do ac installs, repairs, indoor air quality, duct work repairs and replacement.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework. Never let anyone pressure you into buying something or spending money on a repair that you are not sure of. Get a second opinion, speak to other customers, check out there reviews online. Take your time and feel comfortable with your decision. Try to never have buyers remorse.
