My techs are making $19-$20/hr. Breaks down to $7.50-$8.00 per pool that they make on 100 accounts per tech at 40hr week. Some months have 5 week visits. Add in chemicals and licenses insurances and vehicles and taxes etc The rate goes up. But there is value in having a man vs a kid taking care of your investment. 

 Here is a rundown of services ..

1. Weekly test and adjust chemicals as needed.  We will monitor the Chlorine levels, Ph, Calcium, Alkalinity, and stabilizer levels every week. Most service companies test only chlorine and ph. 

2. Weekly we will brush the tiles at the water line and brush down the walls and the steps.  The brushing is necessary to remove any stains left behind from bugs and leaves. Just like brushing your teeth to remove plaque.  The pools pebble finish needs brushed regularly.  

3. Weekly skim out any debris and empty the skimmer and pump baskets

4. Bi-Weekly vacuum the pool

5. Bi-Weekly wire brush the floor

6. Monthly filter element clean out. Clean filters not only keep the pool clean and clear, It prolongs the life of the motor. If the motor has to work under a load (clogged filter) they will burn out prematurely. Filters should also be replaced appx every 18-24 months. 

All of your Equiptment is under manufacturer warranty for 1 year. 

Your pool will remain Sparkling Clear for the rate of $95/Month.  

We send invoices out at the end of each serviced month. No contracts.
