What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much information about the job as possible. We schedule an appointment for a technician to come out to the home or business to assess the work that needs to be done. We then give upfront pricing before any work is done. The price that is given will be all that you. There are no surprises! All of our services comes with a 1 year warranty on all labor and material(provided by Cleary Plumbing).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a Master Plumbing License that allows us to perform plumbing services any where in the state of Florida
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have an upfront pricing system. No by the hour or hidden surprises. Once we quote you the price, before work is done, that is all you pay. You can have piece of mind knowing the job will be done properly and for not a penny more than agreed upon.
How did you get started teaching?
We are a second generation business. Paul the owner went right from high school to trade school. He worked for the Union for several years before he decided to branch off and open his own Plumbing Company. In 2008 , Paul's Son, Chris Joined the Family business after graduating From the University of Central Florida. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and strive everyday to improve it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in Residential and Commercial Service. Our customers are those who have a minor faucet dripping to a major renovation.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Any project where we receive great feedback from a customer is a project I am fond of.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Some of the important things to consider are simple things like: Are they licensed, bonded, and insured? Are they 24/Hr Service? What guarantees and warranties come with the services they are providing
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have your budget in mind. Do not be afraid to ask the professional for advice. Have the professional come out and actually look at the job. No two plumbing jobs are exactly the same, so a price over the phone is not fair to you or the contractor
