What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are called so that we can gather more information about the service needed. Once determined, we set up an appointment for the customer so we can resolve the issue.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is a $130 intial fee to have a plumber come to out to the customers home. Once the issue is diagnosed and an agreement is made, the fee is absorbed into the cost of work.
How did you get started in this business?
We noticed a lack of prompt professionals plumbers in the area and were motivated to change that notion.
