Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial interview to determine scope of work. As most of our projects are additions or major renovations, they require Architectural plans and permits. Once we review the scope we provide a fairly detailed "budget" estimate. Generally the budget numbers and scope are discussed, and now become more specific. We provide a formal contract to begin plans. Upon completion of plans, we submit for permitting, complete a final estimate, and provide any revisions to the contract, and provide a Payment Schedule based on work progression.
