We are a family operated company. Denise Long is the Office Manager and Mark Long Jr., is the Vice President and plumber. We please every customer. We will do what it takes to make every customer a happy customer. We are clean, professional and on time for every job.
we usually have 2 men on every job and no extra charge to get the job done quickly.
We also have a fully stocked truck to minimize any trips to suppliers
I was trained by my father who was a master plumber.He taught me the plumbing trade and how to do buisness in a ethical way.I am a state certified plumber and been in business for 25 years. i have 45 years expierience.
I enjoy helping people solve their plumbing problems and improving their homes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They would call to set an appoinntment or contact us through the internet and we would do the job and then collect payment before leaving.
Then hopefully they would then leave us a good review .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state certified plumber and have had extensive training and over 40 years experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We usually give upfront pricing depending on the job to keep things simple .
If we dont know whats wrong we charge $125 per hour.

propery owners of all kinds and from across the country.Many of them are from out of the area and find me on the internet and call because of all the good reviews.
Others call because of referrals or past customers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had to clear a main drain on a house and ran a cable through a vent on the roof and pulled out a 3 foot long light up star wars sword and it still lit up.

Look for a lot of good reviews.That is the best way to predict the type of service you will recieve.
