What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what a client wants is key. I ask a lot of questions to figure out exactly what the scope of the project details. After I have a full understanding of the project I communicate to the client what it would take to get the project completed and what I could provide with my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Architectural Engineering. This education provided me an understanding of not only how a building is designed but everything that makes the building come alive. From planning of spaces through structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical. I provide a service that can put the entire puzzle together. I have also worked for the government as a building inspector. This training provides me with knowledge of the building code and how each jurisdiction operates and what to expect with a residential or commercial project.
