What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our focus, as senior consultants, is to develop an understanding of the project scope and requirements of the owner.
We then inspect the project areas to determine material and labor required for installation.
We work through the design and materials with the home owner to create an outline for a proposal.
Once we agree on the design and budget our customer support and production team begin logistic planning.
We prepare our customers for the project process before we begin.
During installation there is constant communication between crew chief, production, sales and the home owner.
Once the project is complete we will inspect the final installation with the home owner and provide warranties for the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our ownership and installation teams have over 50 years of experience in home sevices.
We are certified in several home service areas and hold the required licenses and insurance to protect our clients.

Pur pricing system is based on labor and materials for the porject. We offer the highest quality of materials and senior level installation for our projects.
We price our projects belwo the "Big Box"companies and provide outstanding workmanship for a very fair price.
How did you get started in this business?
We stated in the business based on a background in construction for both residntial and commercial projects.
For over 33 years we have served the Maryland communities.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It is an important decision when it comes to your home. Most consumers do not understand the construction process and rely on contractors to provide what they need.
We understand and provide education and guidance to our customers so they have the information they need to make important investment decisions for their homes.
We look at evey home as though it is our own.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Develop and understanding of the construction process for their specific requirement.
Many contractors do not have the background or expertise to handle projects.
Look at the background of the contractor and how they function with their customers. High presssure sales do not allow for reasonable due diligence.
