What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, we are typically able to recommend a solution right away. Some pests and/or situations may require an inspection; these inspections are free. Even if a pest issue requires an inspection, we can usually take care of the service the same day as the inspection. Most of the time, we are able to schedule your requested service or inspection for the next day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed in Structural Pest Control, Rodent Control, Mosquito Control, and Termite Control in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide termite, mosquito, rodent, and pest control services for both residential and commercial customers throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC.
