through my Firm, I have been in charge in a complete development projects, from schematic design to the construction, managing as a project manager all steps of each project, such as: design development, construction documents and lead the production of specifications, coordinate information with related engineering disciplines, cost estimating, oversee the preliminary selection of materials and high finishes, programming, bids, contract documents with subcontractors, and a complete construction administration and supervision.
