What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free consulation is provided to our Clients where we try to fit their budget requirements to the home style, square footage, interior finishes, exterior finishes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S Degree in Civil Engineering and have over 30 years experience in new home construction.

We try to price to our Clients needs with respect to the square footage of the home, home style, and the type of interior and exterior finished they desire.
How did you get started in this business?
In 2001, I decided to pursue my vision for a full service, custom home builder and home renovations company, and started Homeland Builders LLC. I have never looked back and have enjoyed the personnel relationships I developed working closely with each of my clients over the years. I'am personally involved in every homeowners project from beginning to end. My technical expertise and design sensibility allow me to provide a highly satisfying experience for my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have constructed over 80 single family homes and have worked with Clients with budgets of $190,000 dollars to Clients with budgets that exceeded 1.7 million dollar.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they understand your needs with respect to your budget and the levels of interior and exterior finishes you desire for your new home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should be prequalifed for a construction loan amount, the the Builder can work within their financial needs.
