Q & A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to use a questionnaire to find out and address any specific concerns the customer may have and the reason behind the inspection.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company and its cadre of inspectors must have a certification from a reputable training facility. NextDay Inspect is certified through the International Association of Commercial and Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). All our inspectors must pass the InterNACHI Inspector test with a grade of 80 or higher and have 5 years of experience in HVAC, energy auditing, construction and background in building science. New inspectors are mentored so they meet the high standards we require at NextDay Inspect. Additionally, we are certified members of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST) and part of the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) through the National Environmental Health Association.

What types of customers have you worked with?

NextDay Inspect® professionals are familiar working with customers that are in the process of a real estate transaction or performing routine maintenance inspections for homeowners primary residence. When working with a customer that is a first-time home buyer, our inspectors make efforts to educate the customer about suggested property maintenance tasks.
